Dirty White Boys
The Dirty White Boys is believed to have originated in 1985 in the federal prison system. This group's name stems from the name of a prison softball team. As the name implies, the Dirty White Boys is a white gang but does not practice white supremacy philosophies.
The Dirty White Boys exhibit very few symbols to denote their gang affiliation. Their tattoos usually display the outline of a member's home state, which is called a "patch," the initials "DWB," or the phrase "Dirty White Boy(s)" to indicate set affiliation.
