Adam Lee Hall, whom prosecutors say is the chapter�s sergeant at arms, pleaded not guilty Monday in Berkshire Superior Court to charges including witness intimidation and kidnapping.
Authorities tell The Berkshire Eagle that 33-year-old Hall was the mastermind behind a plot to frame David Glasser of Pittsfield in which one of Hall�s female associates accused Glasser of robbing her at gunpoint. Charges against Glasser have been dismissed."
