Biker Sentenced On Gun Charge - :: Cincinnati news story :: LOCAL 12 WKRC-TV in Cincinnati: "biker gang member with ties to a shootout at a local bar learned his sentence today.
Lew Erskine pleaded guilty after police charged him with having a gun inside JD's Honky Tonk in Camp Washington.
Investigators says it doesn't look like Erskine fired his gun during the September shootout that injured two Cincinnati Police officers and left a gang member dead.
Erskine is a member of the Iron Horsemen.
Undercover officers were at the bar investigating the gang when the shooting started.
A judge sentenced Erskine today to four years probation and a 25-hundred dollar fine."
