BIKER NEWS: Rolling Thunder motorcycle club donates chair to Southwest High School
BIKER NEWS -- Just before the Southwest High School football game Friday night, a single chair was dedicated to honor the lives taken as prisoners of war and missing in action.
Members of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club came out to give the chair. It will remain at all Southwest High School’s games.
The group aims to educate communities about POW-MIA issues.
Tim Foster, principal at Southwest High School says “the significance of what these men and women have done for the United States, in particular Onslow County and Jacksonville, North Carolina.”
The Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club is a local organization here in the East. One of its members attended Southwest High School.
