Pagan biker gang member pleads guilty to explosives charge WSLS 10: "Pagan Motorcycle Club member has pleaded guilty and another has been sentenced in a federal racketeering case.
The Charleston Gazette reports that 59-year-old Richard Howard Lacy Smith of Roanoke, Va., pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to distribution of explosives.
Smith admitted delivering a fragmentation grenade and military-grade C4 to another Pagan member.
Sentencing is set for Nov. 5. Smith faces up to 10 years in prison.
Forty-four-year-old Michael Roy 'Butterbean' Sneed was sentenced Wednesday to time served for participating in a drug conspiracy. He's a former president of the Pagan Charleston chapter.
Both men were defendants in the racketeering case against 55 Pagan members and associates."
