ShareThis Prosecutors have not disclosed how David Glasser, Robert Chadwell and Edward Frampton died. But the Berkshire Eagle (http://bit.ly/rLDEAX) reports Tuesday that death certificates for Chadwell and Frampton indicate they suffered several gunshot wounds to the head and torso. No death record was found for Glasser, who was scheduled to testify against one of the defendants on weapons, drug and assault charges. Prosecutors say Adam Lee Hall wanted Glasser dead so he could not testify at trial. Chadwell and Frampton were simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. All three bodies were found in Becket on Sept. 10 nearly two weeks after they disappeared.
