Mountain biker has lucky escape
A man falls 35ft from Chew Rocks
A mountain biker has had a lucky escape after falling 35ft from rocks near Dovestones Reservoir.
He fell from the top of Chew Rocks. A 10-man squad from Oldham Mountain Rescue Team was called to help rescue him.
The cyclist suffered multiple injuries. He was treated by air and ground ambulance crew and mountain rescue before being flown to Wythenshawe Hospital.
