BIKER NEWS: Ex-bikie's Instagram rant that could help convict him of punching a cyclist in a road rage incident
BN-An ex-Bandidos bikie enforcer has admitted to bashing a 'weak dog cyclist' during a expletive-laden rant on social media just one day after being released on bail over the alleged road rage assault.
Toby Mitchell, 40, faced court on Friday after he allegedly punched a cyclist in the face at Docklands in Melbourne on September 7.
The former bikie enforcer posted a photo on Instagram of himself walking free from court with the words 'Straight Outta Custody' - mimicking Ice Cube's new movie Straight Outta Compton - to share his version of the alleged attack.
There is way to many weak dogs in this country these days and the law supports them,' he wrote.
'After I get told through my passenger window that I am a tuff c*** in the car by a weak dog cyclist I get out and I said I am out of the car and I am still a tuff c*** let's see how tuff he is. 1 b**** slap and KO lights out.
'He will think twice bout calling the next person out trust me. Thank f*** he was wearing a stack hat.'
Mitchell fronted Melbourne Magistrates Court last week charged with conduct endangering persons, driving in a dangerous manner, and intentionally and recklessly causing injury over the alleged attack, The Age reports.
In his Instagram post, Mitchell also took aim at Victoria Police and its anti-bikie Echo Taskforce.
'I can't believe ECHO gang squad are doing traffic offences of (sic) these days. Must be struggling for work or they just miss me so much they just won't leave me alone,' he wrote.
The post received more than 1,400 likes on Instagram.
