BIKER NEWS: Exiled Amad ‘Jay’ Malkoun spreads Comancheros to Russia

BN- EXILED bikie boss Amad “Jay’’ Malkoun has taken the Comanchero bikies into Russia, where heavily armed mercenaries are joining the club.

Malkoun, who left Melbourne in 2013 for Dubai, was pictured with leading Comancheros from around the world at a recent meeting, believed to have been in Chechnya.

It is understood that Malkoun has successfully established an organised crime network in Russia.

One of the syndicate’s activities has been to funnel millions of dollars into Australian property.

The feared Comancheros, founded in Australia, have also set up chapters in Spain and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Before Malkoun’s departure from Melbourne, police had been closely examining his business relationships.

Malkoun served more than a decade in jail for heroin trafficking. There is a theory that his absence has helped contribute to instability within the local Comancheros.

The outlaw bikie scene in Victoria remains tense as:

THE Hells Angels have been told by their international leadership that they are in disarray and will receive no more funding to fight court cases;

THE Finks, now with 30 members, are being considered as an emerging force;

REBELS and Comancheros are at a stand-off following a fracas in Darwin;

COMANCHERO national commander Mark Buddle was found on a private plane with $60,000; and

A TOP Mongol is attempting to recover a large cash sum that was confiscated during a police raid.

The Herald Sun can also reveal the shooting of a former kickboxer involved in the security and gymnasium industries is suspected to have been payback for the bashing of a Comanchero and an associate by bouncers in the CBD.

Samson Bazi and a friend were assaulted after a fight broke out when they were rejected from a function at a King St venue.

It is suspected that the fight triggered the shooting of Clay Auimatagi, 44, outside his Skamma gym in Dandenong last month. He was shot in the leg multiple times.

Mr Auimatagi’s gym is in competition with former Comanchero president Mick Murray’s Nitro Gym in Hallam, southeast of Melbourne.

The heavy-set martial-arts expert has previously been asked to join bikie gangs, but has refused.

Despite the flare-up in the bikie scene, infamous brothers Daniel and Ben Pegoraro have decided to quit the world of outlaw motorcycle clubs.

Daniel Pegoraro, who has handed his patch back to the Hells Angels, and his younger brother, who was a member of its feeder club, Red Devils, made the move to leave earlier this year.

It is understood that both left in “good standing’’.

Their father, Joe, said it was true the brothers were no longer members of any gang.

Joe Pegoraro, who said he was formerly a member of a bikie club he founded, Northside Crew, said Ben was expecting his first child.

And Daniel, 31, who was once wounded in a shooting, is now working with his father in the family trucking business.

“Even some of the coppers don’t know that they’ve quit,’’ Mr Pegoraro said.

“We had two hard years in the papers.

“We copped all the backlash. It’s tarnished our name.

“We’ve come a long way,’’ Mr Pegoraro said.
