BIKER NEWS: Singapore's biker chicks

BN- The past week I was tasked to shoot biker chicks, a break from the usual of shooting our columnist and biking experts Biker Boy, Zaihan Mohd Yusof.

You see, all-girl biker groups are flourishing here in Singapore, from one group back in the early 2000s, there are now six.

I quickly thought up of locations to illustrate the story — quiet roads that would provide an ethereal setting.

Strangely enough, the haze actually helped create a misty atmosphere.

So we went to places like Gymkhana Ave to Upper Peirce Reservoir.

These quiet roads with lush greenery backdrops created the sense of freedom — something that the ladies were evidently about.

These girls obviously know about bikes and how to ride them.

One dropped a gear and danced through traffic on her Honda Super 4 Revo, while I could only watch while stuck in traffic.

Another one has gone to China on her bike!
