BIKER NEWS: Twin Peaks biker arrested in Tyler

BIKER NEWS -- (KYTX/ KCEN) - One of the bikers indicted for their role in the Twin Peaks incident in May has been arrested in Tyler.

KCEN reports the biker was of the list on nine bikers who had their indictments sealed. He was brought in by the U.S. Marshals, but his name has not been released and he has not been transported yet to McLennan County.

This biker was indicted along with 106 others by a Waco grand jury two weeks ago: nine of those indictments were "sealed" because they were not arrested with the original 177 bikers in the May 17th shootout at the Twin Peaks restaurant.

Nine people were killed in the shootout and at least 18 injured.

Another one of those bikers indicted is on the run. McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara confirmed Wednesday that the man is considered a fugitive and was actively being sought.

McNamara could not release the man's name, where he's from, or where they're searching for him as to do so would interfere with his apprehension, however, he did say several agencies, including the MCSO were involved.

Of the nine bikers whose indictments were sealed, details have only been released about seven of the eight arrested so far who turned themselves in to authorities, but have since been released on bond:

Ray Nelson, 42

Jerry Pierson, 59

Jeffrey Veillon, 53

Clifford Pearce, 52

Christopher Carrizal, 34

Paul Miller, 39

Cory McAlister
